So what do Partners do?
Partner brands promote the Sweepstakes to their audience and contribute prizing for the winner. In return, they receive the email addresses and other entry data of everyone who enters the contest.
As a Partner, you'll be led by a Host brand, who is responsible for creating the landing page, selecting the Partner brands, managing the promotions, selecting a winner, and confirming prizing.
It's free to be a Partner on DojoMojo with our Basic plan, but Essential and Premium users will have access to more powerful features.
What makes someone a great Partner?
The key to being a great partner is clearly communicating with your host to make sure that expectations around promotional efforts are aligned.
To help ensure a smooth experience, we ask each brand to complete a Partnership Agreement before officially joining Sweepstakes. Committing upfront to when and how you’ll promote the campaign, and what prizing you’ll contribute makes for a more transparent experience for all Partners.
Most partnership marketing mishaps are a result of poor communication. To prevent this, always over-communicate to make absolutely sure that all parties understand expectations of one another before the campaign begins.
Why should I be a Sweepstakes Partner?
Partner brands receive a number of benefits from participation in a giveaway, including the ability to acquire high-quality leads from brands with overlapping demographics. While Hosts retain control of the campaign in exchange for their efforts, Partners benefit from saving the time it takes to manage Sweepstakes and still reap the benefits of growing their audience.
Participating brands also receive massive exposure, as the average giveaway landing page - which prominently features the logos of all Partners - will garner tens of thousands of impressions.
Essential and Premium plan Partners also have access to Social Growth bonus entries and SMS Marketing acquisition on their campaigns.
Do I need to promote campaigns as a Partner?
Most of the time, yes. Brands often share their giveaways through organic social posts or email newsletters. Most Hosts expect an email promotion at the very least, but specifics can be discussed further directly with your Host.
DojoMojo will automatically generate for you unique Tracking Links that you should use when sharing the giveaway to your audience. With these links, you'll receive credit for driving entries to the campaign, which populates in the Analytics and your Profile.
Your Host will often generate creative assets to be used when promoting Sweepstakes. Be sure to ask them beforehand in case you'll need to generate your own creative. More on that here.
What am I agreeing to do?
As a Partner, you have just a few key responsibilities:

- Provide your prize contribution to the winner
In return, you will:
- Acquire as a new subscriber anyone who enters to win, no matter which Partner brand they came from.
- Gain social media followers with the Social Growth feature.
- Gain high-intent SMS marketing subscribers and can enroll them into a welcome series.
- Elevate your brand by teaming up with like-minded businesses.
