I’m out of Mojo Messages - can I still message brands?
Once you run out of Mojo Messages, you're unfortunately unable to send new messages to brands you haven't previously started a message thread with. You can respond to inbound messages from new brands, but you aren't able to initiate new conversations.

Yes! You can always respond to messages and engage in a conversation without it counting toward your message total.
How many Mojo Messages can I send?
The number of in-platform messages you can send varies by plan.
- Basic - 5 messages total
- Essential - 50 messages/month
- Premium - unlimited messages
- Pro - unlimited messages
Note that these only include messages you initiate. For example, as an Essential user, you can initiate 50 conversations each month. You can always respond to inbound messages and engage in a conversation without it counting towards your message total.
